This device extends e2v’s family of scientific CCD sensors. The CCD230 has been designed to provide a large image area for demanding scientific imaging applications. The low readout noise/high speed amplifier gives exceptional sensitivity with minimum readout times and the inverted mode of operation gives lowest dark current.
