Teledyne DALSA’s IC-50-12288-00-R is a multispectral TDI image sensor combining two panchromatic bands and four multispectral bands on a single die and ceramic package. The sensor employs backside thinned CCD technology to provide excellent quantum efficiency. The sensor operates with continuous clocking in the vertical photosensitive region for improved in-scan spatial resolution. The image sensor has a horizontal resolution of 12288 pixels for each panchromatic band and 3072 pixels for each multispectral band. The corresponding pixel sizes are 7μm x 7μm and 28μm x 28μm. The panchromatic bands have 16 outputs each and the multispectral bands have 1 or 2 outputs (user selectable).

The device provides selectable numbers of TDI stages (up to 128 in P panchromatic band and up to 64 in B spectral bands).
