With 8192 pixel resolution and Teledyne DALSA’s lateral antiblooming (LAB) process, the IC-22-08192 sensor guarantees exceptional images with improved CTF / MTF compared to non-vertical antiblooming devices. The 7 μm x 7 μm pixel size allows finer inspection for smaller defects and fast line rates up to 40 kHz with 16 taps or 21 kHz with 8 taps.
