The CCD02-06 inverted mode sensor is primarily intended to suit the requirements of astronomy and scientific measuring instruments but is suitable for use by other specialist users in applications requiring precise image analysis measurements over a very wide dynamic range. The device features very low noise operation and covers use from x-ray through to near infrared (NIR) wavelengths.
