Teledyne DALSA’s IC-43-24100-00-R multispectral CCD TDI image sensor combines four spectral bands with an additional panchromatic band for unprecedented insight in earth observation applications.

The device consists of two dies mounted end-to-end and staggered in a common package. This provides a very long and effective focal plane of 16.87cm. With a horizontal resolution ≥6025 (B1-B4 individual spectral bands) and ≥24100 (P panchromatic band) between the two dies, the sensor quickly transfers the image at 27MHz, using user selectable outputs: 4 or 2 for B1-B4 and 32 or 16 for P. The B1-B4 spectral bands use 28μm x 28μm pixels to maximize spectral sensitivity while the P panchromatic ban uses 7μm x 7μm pixels to maximize spatial resolution. The combined result provides truly exceptional images.

The device provides selectable numbers of TDI stages (up to 128 in P panchromatic band and up to 64 in B spectral bands).
