Teledyne DALSA’s IA-DM-01024 frame transfer image sensor has 8.5 μm x 8.5 μm pixels and 2 or 1 user selectable outputs. The sensor can operate in 2 x 2 binning mode for high frame rate applications. The IA-DM-01024 uses Teledyne DALSA's lateral antiblooming process to achieve good near IR quantum efficiency.
